Little studies in paint and collage.....ideas for a new set of large sreenprints. I'm always going through cycles of geometric work and then back to my more organic work. I really want to focus on the more fluid and painterly work for a while. I have so much stuff in my sketchbooks it seems such a shame to leave it lying there hidden.

On the drying rack last month...
New work finished recently. 'Float'
I'm really pleased with my latest work. I overprinted some of the colours several times until I was happy, but I think it all came together in the end.
Available to buy through my shop; littleprintpress on Etsy

Early december....
A few new friends to go with my 'Curves' print (bottom left) !
I'm working on ideas for a new large piece for the RA show next year.
With the new submissions opening on Jan 6th there's not much time.......
Do I go for something really simple or shall I try something a little
more intricate with multiple layers and colours???!!!

Inspiration from Rome..
After a trip to Rome last week, I came back refreshed and bursting with new ideas. Here are some of things that caught my eye......
I particularly love the faded colours on the walls of old buildings.
