I have enjoyed growing this series of prints, it's really nice to
work in just a few colours, focusing more on the textural element.

'Quiet Place', my most recent silkscreen print. This one is hand printed in 13 colours.

Every August I head for northern Tuscany to meet up with my lovely

sister who lives in Italy. It's hard not to notice the beautiful

faded plasterwork all over the city of Lucca. Hidden hints of old frescos

 peeping through walls and ceilings with beautiful shapes and patterns.

 The colours are so pretty everywhere.  When time permits  I will be working

 on new drawings and prints inspired by my recent discoveries.
